Note for Dreamweaver program users: While SFTP is supported by Dreamweaver it is a username and password authentication only. Our server requires the use of an RSA key, which is not currently supported by Dreamweaver. Please contact Crocker support for more options regarding FTP.
Important: The private key which matches the public key on the server grants access to your webspace. Keep the key in a safe location and do not share or lose the key. Also, it is suggested if you upgrade or give away your machine that you wipe the hard drive to remove any sensitive information.
